I'm a young man and I need serious help with scalp/hairline?

Back in August I started cutting my own hair and didn't no what I was doing. So then I accidently shaved a part of my hairline and then you could see skin.

Couple months later today its haunting me because now it looks like I have a bald spot on my hairline around the corner. It's like hair just refuses to grow there(and even other spots on my scalp that looks noticeable). On the good corner of my hairline, the hair grows not bad-the hair gos straight up. But bad thing, on the side I told you guys about its like I have long pieces of hair growing(kinda like Homer Simpsons strips of hair but just for this one spot and area on my head). And if I try to trim those long pieces of hair, it won't grow normally and youll see skin.

And the thing is I'm only 15 years old, so I shouldn't be having this kinda problem with baldspots and all this. So I've turned to this for help after all these months. Sometimes when using shampoo I focus on the baldspots but doesnt work. What should I do?

I think you should see the doctor. you might have a scalp condition.
