Tearing???

my dog has a problem with tearing

i took my vets advice and cut the hair around her eye and cut her eyelashes short but still she tears.

there is a piece of hair in the corner of her eyes that almost grow from the inside

Breeds such as spaniels can get a condition where their eyelashes actually curl in and rub against the eye ball, causing irritation, and tearing. It is also common in smaller, fluffy dogs. If you are not happy with the vets diagnosis, go and see another vet.

You don't say what breed she is. Some breeds tear more. I think the vet would have told you if she had eye problems.
