A piece of string goes into the pub and asks the barman for a beer. The barman refuses and tells the string to get out. So the piece of string goes outside, fluffs up his hair and ties his neck up. Entering the bar again, he approaches and requests a beer. `Didn`t I just refuse to serve you?` said the barman, to which the piece of string replies, `I`m afraid not`. (Frayed knot).
