a lil taller than 5'6

needs to tone up

extremely dirty blond

blue eyes

kinda pale

hair is long.

bangs.

2 choppy pieces then the rest one length.

if you ever watches Thirteen, im into that look.

clothes makeup shoes and all.

btw, mom wont let my dye, or get highlitghts to my hair.

To actually be hotter, you have to FEEL hotter, trust me, it makes a difference. What does it for me is change. Get a haircut, some new clothes, new makeup. Something that makes you feel good and different. It sounds like what you need is a change. But remember, to love what you are, you have to love who you are first.

working out will help you tone up, so you can start doing that and eating healthier. You'll get a great body and just wear natural makeup and eyeshadow that compliments your blue eyes. pay attention to when people compliment you....examples, like what you were wearing , how you styled your hair, your makeup......that can tell you what looks good on you. hope this helps somewhat.

I'd say to put on eyeliner and a bit of blush to make you look less pale. If you're not allowed to get highlights, are you allowed to use sun-in? it sorta bleaches and works great on light hair. if you're on a budget clothes from conway are really fancy and so cheap but if there's no conway or if you want a designer go to daffy's, syms, marshalls for cheap designers clothes, try to put more excercise in your daily routines if you wish to tone up. oh and you might want to get layers (but no wisps! i heard these are really out of season right now)

try and do some sort of exercise to tone up - walking,situps,pushups or use one of those aerobics videos that you can do at home.

get a haircut that suits your face shape - ask your hairdresser abt that or get a new hairstyle from the net which you like and show it to your hairdresser.

wear make up which compliments your eyes..eyeliner on the outer corner of eyes..mascara..curl your eyelashes if they're not naturally curly..

try to find a totally new wardrobe, and dare to be different! :)

1.Get rid of the bangs!!! Let them grow out. Blow dryed hair is in this season it doesn't have to be perfect it can have some whisp ends.

2. No liquid liner its to much

Your blond so you need your makeup to stand out get browns not to dark and a white shiney eyeshadows take the white I eyeshadow and run it right under your eyebrow and then put a base brown the lightest one and then put a darker brown on the crease of your eye just the crease it should meet and the outer corner of your eye.

4. curl your eye lashes with an eyelash curler and Mascara.

5. Blush since your pale you want only a little light reddish brown and you want to apply to your cheeks in an upward motion not like a doll in one spot more vertical.

6. Finish with a natural color lipstick reddish brown and then a thin layer of lip gross.

2) Apply self-tanner to your pale skin (L'Oreal Sublime Bronze in Light/Medium)

3) Sleep a lot!! Go to bed early (the best beauty trick NO JOKE!)

4) Apply bronzing powder (I LOOOVE Hoola Bronzer!) under foundation (Maybelline Dream Matte Mousse) and finish off with blush, black mascara and eyeliner

5) excersise and eat more salad and no swwets!
