Oh My God! Is this Cute?

Ok, here is the deal! ... I'm 13 years old, and NEVER have cut my hair once. Never been to a salon. I have really long hair, but it's pretty though. Now, I have started straightening my hair since 7th grade (last year) and I have some split ends. So, I'm going to tell the hair stylist to cut off my split ends,and I'm going to tell her that I have some shorter pieces athen longer ons naturally. I want her to add nice long layers for me. I want it to end in a U-Shape. Is that cute? And most importantly, once she cuts off all my split ends, can I keep that length, while still having long layers!???

Also, since I'm still going to have long hair, would you be able yto tel lI have long layers and would you be able to tell its cute? Would it be cute? Will there be noticable shorter pieces and all that? Will my hair look nice and fancy? (I straighten my hair everyday!)

the u cut...just ends up making the ends look thin and nasty...keep it straight..i think you should cut all the split ends off..the straightening iron is not helping with that..i really dont understand the point of long layers..you aren't going to be doing anything with them...i dont think it will look nice and fancy to be honest with you..i think its something you will regret..you seem to really want this though so i can only tell you its hair it will grow back regardless of what you do with it if you dont like it..give it time it will grow back

i think that anything you think would look cute on you is cute. you might not think its cute at first but then you start noticing that other people are getting the same hair cuts as you.

from ur description ..ur hair sounds beautiful.. i have natural layers in my hair too..lol.. i think short layers will be noticeable if u tell the stylist what to do exactly..good luck

i think that would look really cute, but i dont think you should straighten your hair everyday. it really damages your hair!! try straightening it every other day. im 13 too and i know from experience. if you can't live without straightening your hair everyday, then make sure you get something to prevent split ends. but i think your haircut would look really super cute!!

I think Italian hair is gorgeous (my best friend is Italian--I so envy her hair!). The cut will be really cute and layers hide split ends. If you're not sure about keeping up with the straightening, it might not be the style for you.

Whatever style you choose--it's wiser to get your hair cut two weeks before the event you're planning on looking good for. If you don't like the look, you'll have time to find a way to pull it off.
