How do you get rid of thos will knots?? ya know those tiny little pieces of toilet paper that get stuck in you a*s hair crack. I dont know how to get them out...everyday there is more. I shower every morning and clean myself. I just cant get rid of those dingle berries...any advice?

After wiping yourself, use soap, water and a wash cloth. If you clean yourself after reliving yourself that should help. You can also shave between your cheeks.

The are known in medical circles as Cling-ons. Try steel wool. In severe cases you have to WAX the area completely and start anew!
