My pictus catfish's whiskers are limping like hair and is curling. I think it's sick what

My catfish had ich when I bought and I didn't know. So i gave it ich medication for scaless fish. It sort of worked yet its skin dosent look good and it's whiskers are curling and limping and breaking off pice by piece growing slimmer. Whats wrong im really worried?
