Well i know that purple eyeliner really brings out your brown eyes. And would look great if your going out with your Friends and want to have a fun look.

The other two colours that i would recommend is either black (depends, it might be a bit too harsh.. unless that's the look your going for,) or a nice chocolate brown.

Remember don't pile it on like crazy, especially with the black, less if more!!

This is a more experimental way, but can still be worn out:

Fill in eyebrows with a dark brown e/s. Take a blue-black eyeliner and slick across lower lashes into a mini cat-eye on outer corners and connect from upper lid. Soften w/ a cotton-bud.

Well, depending on your skin tone, I'd go for charcoal. Gives that smoky look if you blend it right. ;-) I don't use liquid eyeliner if I can help it, so I'd go with CoverGirl point perfect pencils. As far as eye shadow, it depends on what look you're going for. I tend to prefer glittery golden tone colors when nightclubbing, and keeping it soft and dark in the daytime with a loreal black eyeshadow. (Can't remember the name of the color at the moment.
