Godddd this mexican guy in my math class is so annoying and ugly and immature! HE ALWAYS comes up behind me and pulls my hair and hits on me and idk what to say to him to get him to stop! I honestly hate him. Seriously.
He looks at girls like pieces of freking meat and "undresses them with his eyes". I dont dress slutty, or act slutty. So what do i say to him when he pulls my hair. Im honestly considering reporting him for sexual harassment. He is a pervert.

Well, first off, his race has nothing to do with this. Second of all, you cannot report a boy for pulling your hair, otherwise every boy between the ages of 3 and 13 would be in jail. You can, however, speak to your teacher and tell them that you feel uncomfortable around him. They can help by assigning him a seat on the opposite side of the classroom and telling him not to bother you when he is.
