umm... i seem to have thin pieces of hair here and there around my nipples.is this wrong or not supposed to happen. im young and a bit confused. also i haven't had my 2nd period for 3-4 months is this normal?

Totally normal. It can take years for your periods to become regular after they first start. Hairs around your nipples are normal too.
