try the goodwill or salvation army - they are two great sources of retro clothes and cheap too!!

Try Method in Rice Village. Also look in 002 Mag and the other free mags in town - they usually have ads for cool boutiques with funky stuff. The Montrose area has some interesting boutiques where you might be able to find what you are looking for. Hope that helps!
